Music and Food, have always been a perfect combination to me. I used to frequent restaurants and bars with live bands as I enjoy watching musicians play their instruments and I love to have good food, too. Imagine having a great meal and listening to good music, for sure this would be your best bet, too!

The Red Piano Restolounge was formed by a group of college friends from DLSU who wanted to have a place where they could hang out and enjoy excellent fine dining food. With its casual settings, it sure is a place where people can share stories, songs and music.
There is an open mic, so if you feel like singing your hearts out, feel free. The Lounge also features performer every night from Monday to Friday, accompanied by a pianist.
According to Chef Carlo Llave, there’s only a couple of restaurants in the city that uses this type of rice because of the price. But he doesn’t mind as this provides the most authentic taste of paella.
Beef Salpicao (Php320) – Australian Sirloin, garlic, olive oil. That’s fork-tender meat in savory sauce.
One Big Cracklin (Php280) – From pig’s skin that’s boiled for 3 hours to remove the fat , dehumidified for 14 hours , then deep fried for a few seconds. I just can’t stop myself from eating this.
After dinner, we stayed for a few more hours and was able to enjoy the music provided by the singer and the pianist. Some sang their songs as well. This place is really perfect for late night bonding with friends. A couple glasses of Sangria to cap of the night.
