I really had a wonderful dining experience at Teppanya. Not only that the food was all spectacular but because of the customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant itself. They do have entertainment as well wherein they will cook the food in front of you. We were lucky that one of the head Chef was there to cook for us. Chef Cris has been in the industry for more than 20 years. He cooked the food right in front of our eyes with all those performances and side jokes which made us all very entertained.

Definitely one of the best restaurants here in Evia Lifestyle Center, in my opinion. If you’re into Japanese food, it is important that you try them soon as they have not only the best quality of food, but they have the best ambiance as well.
I liked that the staff knows all the food that they’re serving. They were able to explain each food with enthusiasm. Also, they were nice and very accommodating.
If you’re in a group, Teppanya has three function rooms located on their second floor. Depending on your number, the largest room can accommodate up to 20 people. There’s room for 10 people and 6.

We were served Teppanya’s Emperor Set that costs Php14,888 Good for 6 persons. It includes:
Six Premium Five Course Starter Set
300 grams A3 Wagyu Beef
6 pieces Salt Crust Oyster
450grams Sea Bass
6 pieces Imported Scallops with Foie Gras
3 pieces King Prawns
We were served with clam soup and some Sushi to start our meal.
That Sushi were so good already. It definitely set up my mood and desire for more.
And then the show started. What was cooked first was the Usuyaki Beef that was filled with Mushrooms. It was savory and full of flavor.
Chahan was cooked next and I absolutely love it. It’s already good on its own. But still, there’s more food coming. 😀
Seafood was cooked next. King Prawns and Scallops were cooked on the Teppan while Sea Bass and Oysters were cooked after. I was really giddy and excited about it as Seafood is favorite.
The Oysters were really fresh.
When it was served, my jaw just drops because everything was all delicious. I can tell that the seafood was fresh as it has some sweetness to it. It was spot on.
Foie Gras was next. It was cooked perfectly, as well. You don’t have to chew this as it just burst in your mouth. It was so good.
Then, A3 Wagyu Beef was cooked. It was the star of the night and I tell you that it really melts in your mouth.
Last but not the least, the dessert. It was called Banana Flambe with Vanilla Ice Cream on top. What a way to end the meal.
The overall experience was amazing. This is by far my favorite restaurant in Evia Lifestyle Center already. I am planning on coming back as of this writing.
