If I would go to a buffet area, I always go to the Japanese station and queue up on the Ebi Tempura, that’s how I love this dish and in My South Hall by Chef Boutwood thank goodness there’s an authentic Japanese dishes here, too.

They have some tempura, skewers, ramen, and sushi available here.
Salmon Aburi (Php345) – love these little pieces of sushi. The salmon was fresh and the smoky torched flavored was more pleasing. This is a must try.
Chasu Tonkatsu Ramen (Php255) – the broth was tasty though a bit watery. The chasu was soft such as the egg. I think for its price, this is a good Ramen already.
Skewers: I got to try the chicken skin it was crispy and good. The pork was well done. It was flavorsome and its flavors seeps through.
If you’re into Japanese food, head on here first and try it as it was real good.
