Pasta is one of the dishes I would never grew tired of eating. Whatever sauce it is, I am in for it whether white, red, black or just plain olive oil, I’d dig in. It’s great that My South Hall by Chef Josh Boutwood has this option.

They make their own pasta so you’re sure that you’re having freshly made that day. With its bouncy texture, it was firm and the sauce holds through the pasta well.
I really loved the flavors of these pasta specially the one with truffle. However, I just noticed that it easily became soggy after sitting there for quite some time.
I suggest to consume your pasta the soonest to make sure that the quality is still intact.
