It’s called Q&A Kitchen? Well, to them, it’s all about the Kitchen Talk. Led by the Michelin Star Chef Alain Raye and General Manager Joyce Orena who aim to have their food “the talk of the town.”
With them being passionate on food that’s handpicked and handmade to make their customers happy. Chef makes everything by hand, their pasta even their ice cream!
I am lucky as this newly opened restaurant is just 5 minute walking distance to my office. This low key restaurant is located in Valero at the back of McDonalds. So, if you’re from Makati, there’s no excuse not to visit this gem.
Upon entry, you would see the sleek bar area and they still currently working on their drinks menu. Right now, there’s wine and beers available. Cocktails are still being worked on.
I love the set up of the dining area. There’s an options if you wanted to sit on the couch which has a dim light, perfect for a date night.
For the ambiance, they wanted a casual go-to-spot for all the things fresh. A space for an after office hour as the place exudes sophistication and style. They’ve designed a cozy and relaxing space so its customers can take the load off and feel right at home. They invested in the ambiance and what I like about it was that it’s air-conditioned but still has an exhaust to have fresh air-flown in.
I really appreciate the open kitchen at any of the restaurants I’ve been to. To me, this is a sign that they truly care about your food being done. Here, I was able to see Chef Alain in action while creating such delicious dishes.
Currently, they have “Lunch Specials” which is a must-try if you’re in the area.

They have yet to create sample cocktails and this is what I’m excited about. For now, a glass of wine is a perfect pair for your meal.
