Paradise Dynasty is one of the restaurants that I would go to when I wanted an authentic Chinese food. This September 16, they will be releasing new dishes at their branch at The Podium. These 4 new dishes will surely make you visit them soon as it really is such an amazing addition to their already lovely menu.
With its pretty ambiance, this branch in The Podium is one of the best restaurants here that has a cozy and relaxing vibe.
Deep-fried Duck with Steamed Buns (Php1,288) – Perfectly marinated duck with white peppercorns and Sichuan pepper carefully fried to ensure the crispy texture
The server will debone the duck for you. On the buns, you can put the Hoisin sauce, followed by the scallion, basil and cucumber. You may opt to drizzle another Hoisin sauce if you want to.
Just the smell of this was appetizing already. This comes with 6 pieces white buns but what I did was to pair it with rice because you also can. White buns were not bad, too. The cucumber, scallion and basil added more flavor to it. The Hoisin sauce was truly amazing as it adds savory taste in it.
Grouper with Pine Nuts and Fruits (Php1,288) – Meticulously fried to become golden in color then topped with special sauce and grilled pine nuts
I love every bit of this dish. It was sweet, it was sour that’ll make you want to just eat more. There’s chunks of pineapples, onions and tomatoes in there, too.
Grilled Grouper with Tofu in Mapo Tofu Style (Php1,288) – Grilled Grouper smothered in tender tofu cooked in an aromatic and spicy sauce
If you are into spicy food, I suggest that you order this as this REALLY has the spiciness that might be looking for. It has that numbing effect. So, ready your glass of water.
Shanghai Style Braised Pork Belly (Php588) – A very famous dish in China where the pork is accurately glazed with various sauces to achieve the right flavor. The pork was cooked to long hours that’s why it was so soft. The sauce made it more succulent. I would order this again on my next visit.
Bok Choy with Garlic – Authentic Bok Choy cooked slowly to encapsulate the fresh taste of garlic
This dish might be simply but there more to it than that. It was simple yet tasty!
