Mozu at Ming’s -a must visit on your next Tagaytay food trip

Mozu at Ming's

You don’t need to make an effort to have a relaxing stay when in Tagaytay.  Most of the travelers from outside South will get what their looking for as a perfect location when craving for some food. It surely provides a peaceful getaway as well.

It’s great that there’s so much restaurants here to choose from that will cater to your needs whether you’re thinking about your budget or you wanted to splurge.

Mozu at Ming’s is one restaurant that will surely be perfect for your family or friends.  This Garden also sells plants, vegetables and other crops, should you be interested in buying one.

Also, this restaurant is open for events.  With Tagaytay’s cold breeze, it sure matches the lush greenery of the location perfect venue for a wedding.

For the food, we had:

Gambas Al Ajillo – fresh market shrimps, paprika, olive oil, garlic

The fresh shrimps were sauteed in olive oil. Garlic and paprika added more flavors in it. This ones a good start to a meal.

Gising Gising – wing beans, coconut milk, bagoong, labuyo

I am so inlove with this dish.  I would never have this kind of vegetables but here, I can’t stop eating it! The creamy sauce really will make you eat more and more of rice. This would be highly recommended if you will be dining here and you should try it soon.

Ox Tail Kare-Kare – ox tail, tripe, beef short ribs, peanut sauce, homemade bagoong

I am so into creamy and peanuty Kare Kare and they have exactly what I want.  The Ox Tail was boiled properly too as it was melts in your mouth. This would be the best Kare Kare I’ve tasted in Tagaytay so far.

Bagnet Salad – air dried pork belly, mango, tomato, homemade bagoong syrup

The Bagnet was fried to have that tender meat on the inside and crispy skin on the outside.  I love the Mango salad as well as it removed the ‘umay‘ factor the Bagnet can give when you had too much of it.

Bangus ala Pobre – boneless bangus belly, butter, garlic, crab fat

Have yourself some Turon ala Mode. That’s Saba, jackfruit, mango, topped with vanilla ice cream drizzled with some caramel sauce.
