Kichitora means Lucky Tiger in Japanese. They specializes in Chicken Ramen and aim to provide a mild taste to a typical Ramen in the Metro. Instead of using a Pork Broth which at times tends to be a bit oily and has strong taste. They wanted to prove that Chicken Broth is as flavorful as that of the Pork Broth.

The location is within the mall’s cinema area. Perfect if you wanted some hot dishes after or before the movie.
It has every bit of Japanese accent at every corner of the room. I personally as amazed by these Kimono fabrics on their wall.
Their menus can also be seen hanging as a wallpaper which for me is a bit overwhelming because I seriously think I wanted to have everything, but at least you can get an idea of what you wanted to order.
Every Ramen place also has something to pair with the Ramen. Here at Kichitora, they have one of the best Gyoza in town. It was stuffed with ground pork and vegetables and quite mouthful, too. Really tasty and addicting.
Chicken Karaage has a light batter which made me appreciate it more. It was tender and meaty as well.
Kichitora Paitan Ramen – It’s their signature Ramen and is recommended if you wanted a basic ramen. The noodles were handmade and fresh. I like that it was still firm halfway through it. I am amazed as it’s true that Chicken Broth can be as flavorful, too.
Black Garlic Paitan Ramen – Now, this is something that made me love Kichitora Ramen more. This wasn’t too garlicky which is perfect for me. Highly recommended if you’re a Ramen fanatico.
There are also some Japanese desserts available. They have puddings and we tried two flavors of them.
Almond Jelly – It has a soft consistency, sweet and creamy. It was topped with mango which made me love this than the other.
Coconut Pudding with Green tea and Azuki Beans
Overall, I find their ramen flavorful even though they’re using a Chicken broth to it. So, if you’re craving for ramen and you’re in the area. This is really worth it!
