I love travelling to Tagaytay as this place is a sure hit when it comes to bonding may it be with family or friends. The cool breeze, relaxing and mesmerizing view always leave me wanting to go back. Thankfully, I am just minutes away from here.
Away from the city noise, this may be a great place to recharge. Just look at that Taal view, does it gives you a refreshing feeling, too?
Josephine’s is one of Tagaytay’s prominent restaurants. They’ve been around for 50 years with its first location in Kawit, Cavite. Making them one of the oldest restaurants in area.
Ambiance is no doubt, superb! It has the perfect view of Taal. So will definitely enjoy your food while enjoying the scenic view.
Bulalo Soup (Php880) – I’ve had too much Bulalo in my life and I would say that this version is as close to my mother’s. It has the right amount of saltiness and the beef was cooked tenderly.
Mutya ng Cavite Soup (Php540) – This is an iconic dish here at Josephine’s. The creamy soup with its perfectly cooked seafood is surefire hit to all of us.
Prawns in Chili Sauce (Php380) – It has the right spicy kick. You can still enjoy the Prawns with its sauce.
Halo Halo sa Buko (Php180) – for dessert, I love that they used the buko to place all the ingredients in.
Next time you’re in Tagaytay, give Josephine’s a try. I’m sure you will not be disappointed.
