Dillinger’s 1903 is a rustic wine and dine restaurant located at the 3rd level of Greenbelt, Makati. We decided to have lunch here one time and I had a bit of a regret that we went during this time or probably had dinner instead?
The place looks surely posh, I thought this place would have looked much better at night.
Couches looked a bit old and rusty on this side.
All American Cheeseburger Php345 – 7 oz USDA beef patty, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and pickles on whole wheat bun served with french fries. I would have loved this burger if it was cooked the right way. I mean, you can’t see it on this photo but it sure tasted bitter because the patty was burnt.
Fillet Mignon Steak Php645 – 9oz bacon wrapped USDA beef tenderloin. Here, the steak does not even have bacon wrapped in it. And you can see that burnt meat that I was telling you about on the burger.
Big Breakfast Php360 – Now, it looked evident here that they have a tendency to burn the meat. It’s so simple to cook this, right?
Truffle Pasta Php305 – This was amazing though. The smell of the truffle was heavenly. The pasta was al dente too. Right amount of creaminess.
Lava Cake Php275 – Molten chocolate cake served with vanilla ice cream and choco ganach. The cake was a bit dry but nevertheless, it was still good.
I really wanted to give it another try. But I still having second thoughts.
