I was invited to the launch of Daisee’s unveiling of the Classic Sansrival. I honestly have not heard about Daisee’s before as I just moved to the South couple of years ago. I didn’t know they were so famous for their Sansrival and other cakes.
Not just cakes but they have other pastries and savory dishes too such as Lasagna, Empanada, Pork Tonkatsu Meal and more. They have other branches mostly in the South such as Pamplona, Las Piñas City, SM Southmall, Almanza, Las Piñas City, and SM Center Las Piñas, Talon Uno, Las Piñas City but also have a branch in SM Light Mall, Buayang Bato, Mandaluyong City for those in the North.
Daisee’s promises a more Buttery, Nutty, Crunchy, Rich and Sweet all at the same time. This is my first time to try their Sansrival and I just can’t help but have some more. One slice is never enough, I tell you.
It was a delicious layers of melt-in-your-mouth meringue, filled with butter icing, and topped with cashews nuts. I truly can finish this 8 round if I didn’t just helped myself.
I paired my Sansrival with black coffee and I really think they’re a perfect match.
It is indeed a Mommy Made Goodness that all of us will love.
