If one of our family members crave for Filipino food, we gotta obliged. And when they requests for one, this is the only place that they would love to be at. I am not complaining as I also liked the food here at Aristocrat. Located in Roxas Boulevard, this Filipino restaurant started over 70 years ago and still standing strong.
Still in awe that we went around 10PM and there’s still a lot of people dining in.
Aristocrat Pancit Canton (Php375) – as you know, I love this dish a lot and I always order this here as I love the way they cook it. It was still al dente and toppings is just generously placed in this plate.
Lumpiang Shanghai (Php260) – Another Chinese dish I can’t say no to. Their version is plump, crispy and tasty!
Fried Chicken (Php250 half) – the chicken might be a little dry but still taste good when dipped in Ketchup.
Boneless Chicken BBQ (Php190) – The chicken taste so good. I know that this is one of their best sellers and it’s good to know that they did not change the recipe over the years. It was moist, flavorful and tender, too.
Cheeseburger (Php210) – This was surprisingly good. The beef was tender, well flavored and juicy, too. And look at that vegetables inside it.
Macaroni Salad – One of my favorites and I liked that they’ve done it perfectly. The Macaroni, still al dente and the meat and vegetable were both tender and crisp.
Being around for 7 decades, they definitely have preserved their traditional cooking techniques making it still relevant up to this day.
