Ambiance was well-lit specially in the afternoon. As the sunlight reaches the glass panel window. There are some hipster artworks here, too.
This restaurant is spacious enough to fit probably 100 people.
Kale (Php225) – Grana Padano dressing
The shredded Kale drizzled with some creamy Grana Padano dressing topped with some croutons. It’s really good.
Truffle Pasta (Php325) – truffle cream, poached egg, mixed mushrooms
Gambas (Php395) – garlic, bacon, shrimp oil
Great appetizer! The prawn were cooked perfectly. I enjoyed dipping the bread to its sauce. Really tasty!
Baby Squid (Php365) – sweet soy, chili garlic
That’s deep fried baby squid, tossed in a sweet-chili sauce. It’s really addicting!
Araullo Burger (Php500) – 1/2 pound Angus, truffle mayo, brie, brioche
*Add Foie Gras for Php150
Now, this Burger is definitely one of the best. The beef was tender and really moist! Topped that with some Foie Gras and Brie. It’s one mouthful indeed. Even the Brioche was tasty already!
Porchetta (Php420) – squash puree, shimeji, cherry tomato, chimichurri
Porterhouse(for sharing) (Php3,500) – 1000g USDA, roasted garlic
The Porterhouse steak was succulent. It was tender, cooked medium rare and such has such pleasant flavor. Definitely a must try here in Araullo.
There are some cocktails to choose from to pair with your dishes.
But I opted for the healthy one. 🙂
