Prime Cafe at B Hotel: Meet and Eat Event
Not only that they have Filipino food, but they also have Chinese, Korean, Italian, Japanese, American and there are desserts, too.
All Meat Pizza
4 Cheese Pizza
The consistency of the dough on each pizza was all the same, soft and chewy. But out of the three flavors, I enjoyed the 4 cheese the most. Probably because of the simple flavors that are not overwhelming.
Beef Empanada – The Beef Empanada has a hot tender beef filling.
Mini Burgers – I appreciated that the patty was still juicy after standing there for a long time. It was still tasty!
Hakaw, Siomai and Siopao
Chicken Teriyaki, Spicy Tuna Rolls
California Maki Rolls
I enjoyed all the Japanese Rolls. The Japanese Rice was perfectly cooked and the flavors inside it were on point.
Beef Chap Chae Noodles – Probably one of the best Chap Chae I’ve tasted. It has the right amount of saltiness and sweetness. The noodles were firm, and the meat were soft giving it a nice balance to it.
Johnny’s Rib Eye Steak – Understandably one of the best steaks in town. It was well flavored and perfectly cooked. It was cooked medium-rare, which how I wanted my steak to be. There are difference sauces to pair it with but I did not bother to add on. It was succulent as it is.
Filipino Food: Main Courses
Pinakbet with Bagnet
As you know, I love salty food. Us, Filipino love it, right? But not to the point that you’d not get to enjoy the flavor of the dish. Thankfully, Prime Cafe knows how to cook our comfort Filipino dishes the way it was supposed to be cooked. By having the right amount of spices with the right amount of meat. To me, all the dishes here was superb! The sauces were perfect. The meat was all tender. You will be needing a bowl of rice on these dishes
What a way to end a meal but by having desserts! I enjoyed the Chocolate Cake and Mango Cake the most. To me, it was sweet but tolerable. Also, the Dark Chocolate Tart was delectable, too.
We were also serenaded by the one and only Jinky Vidal. She sang such nostalgic songs that made me go back to my high school days. 😀
We enjoyed this night along with my fellow foodies. What a way to spend a night having great food, great music, and cool friends.
So, bring your family and friends here at Prime Cafe and enjoy great food, 5-star customer service and relaxing ambiance. I did have an awesome time here, and I’m pretty sure you will, too.
