Wingfather – Chicken and Booze fix

If you’re into chicken and beer, Wingfather should be on your list to visit when in Lamp Quarters. They offer different flavors of wings. They have their regular flavored and some extra hot, Aligue and Maple. What stood out the most for me was the Maple. It has that extra savory and sweetness which is interesting that you keep on wanting a bite to see which one is which. The Aligue was too strong so I suggest to have a little more rice. I also got to try their signature drinks. Minecraft, named after my nephew’s favorite computer game, is

I tried their Baby Chocolate Chip which tasted a bit sweet but it was not that bad. The Berry Berry Waffle was my favorite. The serving was huge and I think this is good for 2-3 persons. Yum with the gelato with it. Tried their Macchiato and I should say it’s better than the other famous coffee shop.  Banana Chocolate Waffle was delicious too but my favorite

I find their sushi a bit big than the usual bite size but it’s a good thing for me. Here’s what we tried: Volcano Roll (295php)

The Fruits of the Forest tasted just like Blueberry. The chocolate was great too.  The chocolate was great too. I think it was Dark Chocolate for it has its bitter taste a bit. The Beancurd Skin Roll with Pork and Shrimp was a bit gooey.  I didn’t enjoy this dish that much. What I liked the most was the Pork Dumpling with Shrimp and Prawn Dumpling though.  Of course, it’s a given that a Chinese Restaurant must serve good dumpling and they did that pretty well.
