Kam’s Roast – introducing the new item perfect this Holiday Season, the “Pipa Duck”

Kam’s Roast just released their new menu which is perfect this Holiday Season.  This new dish is called Pipa Duck which actually looked and shape similar to the Chinese musical instrument named “Pei-pa” hence the name. Executive Chef Wong Kwan Sang and Mr. Eric Dee, presenting the Pipa Duck. The Pipa Duck was initially butterfly-cut, roasted and then bathe with oil to have that crispy skin on the outside yet soft and tender inside. I can’t believe how well they did it.  There was no sauce brushed in it but it tasted fully flavored.  The skin was really crispy to think that

The inside is a bit small but well ventilated. There’s different drinks and cocktails at the Odd Seoul which was drawn from bits and pieces of South Korean pop culture.  I really am digging all the names and not just the names

J. Cuppacakes – an afternoon delight

I am fond of baking but not the hard core type as I can only count in my fingers what I can really bake. Example would be the super easy Japanese Cheesecake as I saw it on Facebook and because it only has 3 ingredients.  😀  Next would be brownies, cupcakes and other cakes I can’t really remember as it was during my high-school days. So, I totally forgot about baking, pretty much. 🙁 So, I was really excited when I received an invitation from J. Cuppacakes.  They promised to provide an afternoon delight and to teach us how to

Zomato10 – sharing is the best way to celebate

I’ve been doing restaurant reviews with Zomato for almost 4 years now.  As you know, I love to take photos of food and other stuff, too as much as I love to eat.  With that, I frequently check Zomato’s website to check restaurant reviews and prices.  I could say that I relied on it as the reviews were from real people who shared their experiences.  All the information on a restaurant would be available there.  So, with having no more space on my phone one day, that’s when I started to write a review to give room on my phone.
