Sisig Pizza

The consistency of the dough on each pizza was all the same, soft and chewy.  But out of the three flavors, I enjoyed the 4 cheese the most. Probably because of the simple flavors that are not overwhelming.

I enjoyed all the Japanese Rolls. The Japanese Rice was perfectly cooked and the flavors inside it were on point.

Korean Station:

Beef Chap Chae Noodles – Probably one of the best Chap Chae I’ve tasted.  It has the right amount of saltiness and sweetness. The noodles were firm, and the meat were soft giving it a nice balance to it.

Johnny’s Rib Eye Steak – Understandably one of the best steaks in town.  It was well flavored and perfectly cooked.  It was cooked medium-rare, which how I wanted my steak to be.  There are difference sauces to pair it with but I did not bother to add on. It was succulent as it is.

As you know, I love salty food.  Us, Filipino love it, right?  But not to the point that you’d not get to enjoy the flavor of the dish.  Thankfully, Prime Cafe knows how to cook our comfort Filipino dishes the way it was supposed to be cooked.  By having the right amount of spices with the right amount of meat.  To me, all the dishes here was superb! The sauces were perfect. The meat was all tender. You will be needing a bowl of rice on these dishes

What a way to end a meal but by having desserts! I enjoyed the Chocolate Cake and Mango Cake the most.  To me, it was sweet but tolerable.  Also, the Dark Chocolate Tart was delectable, too.

We were also serenaded by the one and only Jinky Vidal.  She sang such nostalgic songs that made me go back to my high school days. 😀
