Highlands Bistro – succulent Steak, indeed!

Highlands Bistro is a relaxing, laid-back feels restaurant in Capitol Commons. It has  elegant interiors to adore such as the wooden walls, mesmerizing chandeliers, even its couches.  Everything is just pleasant to the eyes.  It was indeed a comfortable dining experience during our visit. I got to try their Classic Rib Eye (10 OZ Php1,560) and it was heavenly.   It was cooked medium rare and this has got to be one of the best I’ve tasted which was not heavy on your pocket. I am pretty sure to be back soon as I wanted to try other dishes as well. Address: Ground

Crying Tiger was actually a dish in Thailand.  This is made of beef and the reason why it was called as such was that when the Tiger tasted the dish, it made him cry.  That’s how the owner explains the name of the restaurant.  They probably wanted give that same effect of their food to their customers. Starbucks in Ermita, Manila

By now, you should know that I am a coffee lover.  I can’t go a day without having a cup of coffee and Starbucks is one of my go-to-places when I’m craving for some mainly because of its availability and also great coffee.  I know, they tend to break our budget but still we get to buy from them. This particular place here in Roxas Boulevard, Ermita is one of my favorites.  Probably because it’s quiet, uncrowded, place is roomy and has a high ceiling and most importantly,  the friendly staff.  Parking is also not a issue here during our

Ono Hawaiian Burgers and BBQ is another restaurant concept from people behind Mazza, Galo and Cobalabamba! This time, they wanted to feature Hawaiian dishes. Cheesecake does not taste too sweet. So, you are
